After getting off our cruise we headed to the location given to me in the email. It was the wrong place. The cab driver said it had not been at this location for awhile. Then tried to call Budget rent a car and could not even get thru..with all press this and press that on the recording ...finally the cab driver took us to where he thought it was and. BAM..There it was. A 5 minute drive from where we got off the ship

As usual my experience with Budget was outstanding! Staff is very professional as well as friendly!
