initially refused to accept credit car insurance and would NOT honor price on web site booking even though I had confirmation number and copy in writing.

Pick up took a while despite no one ahead of us. They did not have my reserved car ready and tried to give me an inferior car. After giving some pushback, they did eventually provide an upgrade. After returning from my trip, I saw an extra charge on my credit card. Have been trying to resolve with them, but they have been unresponsive, so I have had to submit a claim through my credit card company,
