We reserved a car for 10 am, got there around 950 to be told we'd have to upgrade because they weren't going to have the kind of car we reserved until noon... so not only were we not given what we asked for, we were charged more, and given an awful truck that we thought was going to break down because the 'maintenance needed soon' light kept coming on, and that got terrible gas mileage so we ended up paying way more for gas than anticipated

Everything with picking up and dropping off was great; however, we needed the year of the vehicle and could not get it. We called the number given and the agent did not understand what my wife was asking and when I asked her, she said to just put 2015. That DID NOT WORK. We have SunPass transporters and use it for our rental vehicles as well. Because of fooling around with trying to get the info, we missed our flight by 2 minutes! Instead of flying from Tampa to Louisville on a nonstop (2 hrs) and with an A seating, we wound up instead of arriving at 12:22 p.m., we arrived at 8:00 p.m. Are we happy? NO!

The man who handled my rental in North Port Richey was the BEST. He was more than helpful, very knowledgeable, pleasant, etc. He even brought me to the parking lot and let me choose between a couple of vehicles, and answered many questions for me. This was the best rental car experience I have had. Just great. THANK YOU!
