Had a terrible time attempting to resolve an issue, was provided bad phone numbers, goofy customer service (folks telling us they couldn't resolve the problem, try this number!), could barely speak English and/or talked much too fast...had to be told to slow down We filed a formal complaint and really feel very much that everyone we did talk to just didn't care or it wasn't their job...

This was my third rental with Payless. The last 2 were at the Ft. Lauderdale airport terminal and the sales agent was terrific - she served us last time as well. Also, it was very convenient to pick up the car at the terminal. Vehicles have been excellent in the past however this time the key fob didn't work and there were tape and chalk marks all over the vehicle from a possible previous impound.
