We got to Enterprise at the designated time noted on the reservation and was told there were no cars available until sometime later in the day. They couldn't give us a time just whenever a car is returned. There was another gentleman waiting who also had a reservation but no car for him either. Isn't that the point of making a reservation?!? We returned later in the day and thankfully there was a car available.

No car was available on the day of the rental even with me giving them a heads up. Their answer was the reservation was made 3rd party not through us. After complaining enough I got a car 1 day late almost at the end of the day. Never again!
