When booking, we made sure to receive the vehicle in the Hertz agency near our rental ... Fortunately, we planned "large" because once arrived in this famous agency, the staff told us that it was the building next door. There was no one in the offices! The agency staff next door told us to call a phone number (with a voicemail translated into English / Norwegian incomprehensible and I fear the next phone bill). Without any response following this call, we left to see the staff who gave us the phone number, and another person finally explained to us that for compact vehicles, we were not at the right agency ... other agency was 15min walk. So we go to find the other agency, and once arrived (according to the GPS), no Hertz agency! After asking a bus driver, then a person in the nearby tourist shop, we finally found the agency: it was in a building where at first sight we thought it was an office ( empty). Finally, the man who received us to carry out the last administrative details was adorable. On the website, it said that the agency closed at 5 p.m., so we opted to return the vehicle the next morning at the first hour to take advantage of the day: the staff told us that we could simply store the vehicle keys in a letter box until 2 a.m. Very convenient ! The vehicle was almost new, in very good condition and the notched tires were very effective on snow (only one skid in 4h30 drive). In our case, the agency error could have cost us to miss the excursion or we were going, but fortunately it was not the case!

The only problem was the wrong pickup address.
