We were supposed to drop off the car at a location that doesn't exist. The adress that is provided in the contract is marked on Google maps as an office of budget. However, this adress leads you to the middle of nowhere. We had to call 7 different numbers to get any information about a possible solution. All the other numbers (all of them were provided from budget) didn't care and just gave us a new number to call. The hotline of the customer service didnt even pick up once. Only good thing were the people we got in touch with personally.
