The pick up was fast the employees were great but after that it was horrible. I picked up a van which had no outlets for GPS and only 1 USB port. We begin our travel and the van begins to shake. When we arrive I called for a new van and was told go to specific location that I would have another van there. After paying tolls to get there I was told no I had to go to the airport. We drove and pod more tolls. When we arrived at the airport we were treated bad told us there was no vans available and that we were stuck with a van that didn’t operate. So I was risking my kids in this van and told them if anything happened to us I felt sorry. I left paid more tolls and than called 800 there the man told me airport had plenty of vans in stock and to retune and get one. I told them I was done paying all these tolls for the ring around. Finally I told them to drop off a van to our hotel which they did. As we were coming home the new vans service engine comes on. The surrounding of the window was falling apart. Just horrible.
