If I could give zero star, I would. While I checked with Avis Agent in different location on 12/26 to confirm my reservation still in place and still got a reminder from email to pick up the car, I learned that my reservation was cancelled on site at Muscat airport. There wasnt any warning or notice that I had to pay in front; otherwise I would’ve done so in advance.

We had a confirmed reservation and went to pick up the car on Christmas Day and were told there were no vehicles available. Period. Sorry. I emailed carrentals.com and no reply. On top of that Avis charged me for something on my credit card with no explanation.
Will never rent from carrentals.com or Avis again, this totally disrupted our holiday plans.
