Bad experience. No contradictory condition of the car at the start (a simple sheet to be checked ourselves and no one at the counter on the way back !!! but 351 E deducted from the deposit for so-called scratches!

Hello During the support at the counter, the person tells me that the vehicle has only one impact on a door that he shows me via a photo of very poor quality. It means to me that if I see other things I take pictures, the time and date will prevail ... Surprised by the kind welcome and the approach I go to my vehicle. I noticed a broken mirror, and other scratches and while driving around the parking lot, a disturbing noise from the rear shocks. Dissatisfied with the proposed vehicle I returned to the counter requesting the exchange, judging this car non-compliant. I was told that he did not have one (for information, the parking lot was full) and that there might be another vehicle available the following week ... I just had to call .. 15 days later I return the vehicle and mean that it is not acceptable to rent a vehicle with broken safety devices and in poor condition. Instead of an apology, I am asked to go and clean the vehicle to remove a little sand, otherwise I will be charged 70 euros for cleaning. Faced with this experience, it is obvious that I will no longer set foot in an Ada agency and will no longer reserve a vehicle through your reservation platform. A good hearer.
