My experience was highly frustrating. I was charged for the rental car, my 9:00 pm reservation was accepted over the internet. When I arrived we found out that economy closes, apparently at 9pm (that’s what the attendant I spoke to the next day told me). I ended up having to rent another car at almost twice the price. The car was a sedan, I needed an suv. I need a full refund and the difference in price between the two cars credited back to me ASAP.

Car was good, company was professional, the drivers were entertaining
