How do I change a reservation?

We're sorry, but bookings cannot be changed after confirmation. We can help you with cancelling and rebooking though - please call us.

How do I cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the pickup time by clicking here.

Good to know
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pickup time, then you will be liable to pay for the full rental price. A full set of terms and conditions can be found here.

How can I add additional items, e.g. a GPS or child seats?

You can add additional items your reservation up to 24 hours before the pickup time by emailing our Customer Care Team.

Additional items are subject to availability at the rental location

How do I add another driver?

Additional drivers must be included and named on the rental agreement. You can add additional drivers at pickup, although some rental companies may make an additional charge.

Good to know
Additional drivers should bring their driving licence and government issued photo identification with them for pickup.
