Provider is generally in order of previous experience, but unfortunately the woman behind the desk in Munich airport was very uncomfortable and not nice.

The car reserved by me was not available in the first instance. Counter staff indicated that they only have a smaller model available. After I insisted that I did not want to purchase a smaller (read: cheaper) car, she still found the key to the car I reserved. What was extra strange was that a friend had reserved the smaller car but was offered the option to upgrade to a larger model (exactly the model I had reserved). At the counter, the employee indicated that the car only had 1 damage. When checking the car it turned out that it was really full of scratches and dents. In consultation with the employee in the parking garage, all damage is still ticked. So pay attention before you leave! Although I had rented a large / more expensive car, it was very easily equipped. E.g. no cruise control / navigation or something.

Very unfriendly front desk, rude and impolite. As if they are a favor by renting cars
