Not at all happy with Autoescape or Goldcar. I took the trouble to call Autoescape a few days before because I found the rate surprisingly low and was told that I will not have to pay for the support => fake, I had to pay and in plus the tariff was taxed with insurance included while I never take it. On the other hand, I was forced to pay a guarantee in case I did not return the car with full. Total absence of transparency, imposed tariffs. Very bad experience. Yet I am a regular at Autoescape but I have never known that! Unacceptable.
