My CB does not accept the 1500 € deposit requested, we presented the CB of my wife who has the same name. But his CB was refused on the grounds that the reservation was in the name of "sir" and that the CB was in the name of "madam". The only way was to accept to pay back insurance of 150 €, already paid to Autoescape ... oddly there any CB was accepted. The staff spoke very poor French, it was complicated to understand them. Besides, we were given a car damaged on all sides. Nobody went around with us before taking control. Result at the return we were sent by email the statement of the stripes that "we" would have made while they were all present at the assumption of responsibility. Fortunately 0 € charged to date. By cons a full 64 € was automatically debited, we expect the refund (under a month) since the car was brought with the full. In the end, bad experience.

We made a reservation with all inclusive, and on the spot they paid us a fee that was not provided on the contract, it's the first time it happens to us, we are very disappointed and in addition I wanted contact customer service, impossible to have them, the next reservation I will think twice before booking at home

Note to myself; never with Goldcar again! It is always the same. You never get the car you booked. Always selling additional assurance you don't need. New this time; ridiculous fuel charge; EUR 50.76 for half a FIAT Punto Tank (I paid EUR 41.76 to fill it up when it was empty) AND I had to pay a service charge for fueling or EUR 49.63 ... DAYLIGHT ROBBERY !!!!
