There is a clear lack of information when picking up a vehicle especially when it is necessary to return the vehicle outside working hours. Lack of responsiveness by customer service!

I presented myself with a scanned version of my driver 's license and not with the paper version what the - employee likened to "without a license". I could not take the car. I want to understand my "mistake" but have not received any empathy, a very very minimalist help from an employee who has withdrawn behind the satisfaction of working well according to the norm, without empathy, without looking for an alternative, without help to a couple old man lost. As we had come by auto-escape she gave us their phone number, blocked, and basta, do it for yourself. We are trying to request a refund by auto escape or at least to be able to resume these 3 days in the near future.
