I was overcharged for no reason at all a few days after returning the car.. I had to call them multiple times to resolved the issue.. it's annoying to have to deal with this especially when I left the car cleaner than when I got it & with more gas.. going through all this & having to wait so long for reimbursement after my vacation makes me feel stressed already... I feel like I need a vacation after all this

My experience was horrible . We had to air up the front tire before we left town...we had to stop 3 different times to air it up..finally arrived to our destination and parked the car The following morning we had a complete flat tire...had to use the Emergency air machine that was in the trunk, cuz the vehicle didnt have a Spare tire. .had to wait until a Tire Shop opened, and since we didnt have an appt. FIRESTONE didn't help us ..Drove around an unknown town ,until a Tire repair shop finally took care of it..I return the car and to my SURPRISE . .HERTZ rental showed no SYMPATHY or CONCERN when i related my experience I also Asked for a Reimreimbursement for the tire I had to repair and was denied the money i spent...VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE INCONVENIENCES IN MY SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY VACATION
