Great experience. Smooth and wonderful drive . No issues . I had a great experience with the front desk staff Mr Tyler . He was extremely patient , courteous and helpful . He answered all my questions in great details and patience. He also took time to talk to me nice places to visit in LA and explained me the amenities in the car . I am sure he would go a long way in his career and I wish this feedback to be noted for the same . Thanks , Saurabh

Upon arrival to pick up the car, I was charged an additional $100 for supplemental liability insurance (SLI) which is not covered by my full coverage auto insurance.The car itself was great. Newer car with low mileage, and very clean. When I dropped the car off, I checked my credit card bill to find that they billed me $55 more than the first rental agreement when I picked the car up. The extra charge was for personal accident coverage. Carrentals.com has been great. Many of their staff have been very helpful. Ian, David, and Adolfo have all been a great help!

Arrival to the car rental pickup went smoothly, but the guy who we picked up our car from pushed the extra insurance on us WAY too hard. I've rented several cars in my life and never had someone be that pushy. He must have said a smart remark to me at least 5 - 6 times just within the time I was standing there. Not sure if he earns commission on this or what, but it soured our experience at first. Once we were on the road, we were fine....for a bit. The first day or two it felt like the car would jerk back while we were slowing down at a stoplight or going from a stopped position (we had a Nissan Rogue rental). Finally, it was getting worse and the Check Engine Light came on. We picked this up in LA and we were in Palm Springs at this point. We called to speak with someone and they told us they could get someone out the next day. We were in Palm Springs at a conference with limited availability of having to deal with a bad rental car (we realize cars aren't perfect)! The tow truck driver kept in great communication with us and it was decided he would come out early the following day with a replacement vehicle. The driver came out and was super friendly and replaced the car for us the next day. He told us he had just replaced that car a couple weeks before because the couple driving it were from Europe and put diesel in it. SO - we were given a car that already had some issues. Dealing with the hassle of the beginning of having the pushy guy at the pickup of the car and then having to deal with numerous conversations about getting the car replaced didn't leave us loving the overall experience with this company. To cap this entire journey off, we drove in from Palm Springs to drop our car back off in LA and their bathrooms were out of order and they told us we could go to the car rental place next door (and those guys were SUPER nice when we went in)! Hats off to the super nice shuttle driver who dropped us off at our hotel so at least our experience ended on a positive note!
