Friendly and helpful staff....Robert was so helpful when I was running late for flight...really rushed me thru and walked me to show the quickest route to the airline!

We got an upgrade to a Nissan since no smaller cars were available. I know summer months are busy, however, the rate required us to pay for a third day (24 hours) since we needed to bring the car back 3 hours past the 48 hour mark. Thus, 3 hours cost the same as 24 hours. Too bad they cannot our will not pro-rate for partial days.
