My husband had rented the vehicle online and when I went to the kiosk I told the girl that I was not sure how long I was going to need the car for. I was waiting for insurance claim info to come through and I didn't live in the area. (We also didn't realize this was local use only) All of my plans were contingent upon an insurance company taking responsibility for their insureds fault. But I needed a car and didn't have much choice! So the girl at the desk was nice enough, but she encouraged me to do the weekly rate because it was cheaper than the daily. The only standard car available was a Chrysler 300 which has horrible visibility.. So my only option was a small corolla or a truck. And then when I did return the vehicle early they refused to charge me only for the days I had the vehicle. They charged me for the entire week even though I told the girl I wasn't sure how long I would need it. I had to rent from another company to drive home to Florida!

They have children running the place. They completely ignore you until you chase after them. They front desk child is very awkward and doesn't inform you of all the small print they use to rip you off. Also the old women how obviously hired children because it the only way she gets any respect with her horrible customer service and bad people skills. I will definitely not be rent from them ever again. I come out to Tennessee 2 to 3 times a year. Thank you for your horrible treatment.
