The pickup process was easy but a hazel to extend thr rental. When I called the 800 number they told me I had to call the rental at the airport, which were closed. I dont understand why they didn't have the info to extend but knew the car was rented out.

Months after the rental, they hit my credit card for over $130 for a parking ticket in a city I was not in on a day that I did not have the car.

My husband had rented the vehicle online and when I went to the kiosk I told the girl that I was not sure how long I was going to need the car for. I was waiting for insurance claim info to come through and I didn't live in the area. (We also didn't realize this was local use only) All of my plans were contingent upon an insurance company taking responsibility for their insureds fault. But I needed a car and didn't have much choice! So the girl at the desk was nice enough, but she encouraged me to do the weekly rate because it was cheaper than the daily. The only standard car available was a Chrysler 300 which has horrible visibility.. So my only option was a small corolla or a truck. And then when I did return the vehicle early they refused to charge me only for the days I had the vehicle. They charged me for the entire week even though I told the girl I wasn't sure how long I would need it. I had to rent from another company to drive home to Florida!
