Tyler and Lance were amazing and made the rental experience easy and smooth. They definitely strive to go the extra mile for their customers!

No information was provided for vehicle inspection prior to leaving the lot. There was a dent on the trunk that I could only document by taking a photo. There were no employees in the lot. There were no directions for returning the vehicle, and again no employees available. No employee at the counter in the airport, so I had to drop the keys and complete return information on the rental contract sleeve. An employee arrived as I was leaving. I stated that I did not check the odometer so I left that information blank. The employee insisted I return to the lot, check the odometer and return, stating It's in your contract agreement. Only after I asserted myself did he agree to let me go and check the odometer himself.

Friendly help at the desk, car was ready. Minor issue with the tire pressure so was given a new car before we left the lot. No problem with the exchange and an easy return.
