After returning the rental, I realized that they charged me for an extra day. I had rented this for three days. I contacted Thrifty by phone. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I then emailed them. It took them a week to reply and only refunded me for half saying I had been late. After looking at the contract, I realized that their agent in San Franscisco made an error filling out the form (she said the systems were down do had to do it manually.) She put in that the rental was for two days instead of three. I contacted Thrifty two more times and as of this writing, have not received a response. Overall, an awful experience. I used Enterprise recently and the experience was much better.

My experience was great! I had about a 15 minute wait from the time I got in line to the time I actually got in my rental car. I thought that was actually pretty good with how busy the location was. The counter agent was very efficient and was able to deal with people having issues with their reservation that wasn't the agents fault while making sure I was cared for at the same time. The drop-off was really quick and check-out was easy as well.

Beware that this Thrifty location is an absolute mess on weekends. I waited 30 minutes in line just to check in and was then informed that it would be another 90 minutes to get the car. Ridiculous!
