Worst experience EVER, the staff was RUDE. Your staff needs a course in customer service. I will never rent with Thrifty again.

We walked out of the terminal and a Thrifty shuttle was waiting at the curb. Check-in and out was seamless. Car was clean and in good condition. Shuttle bus left to return to the airport within minutes of returning the car.

I have rented several times from Thrifty when I fly into PHL. The issue I have is it takes a good amount of time to be picked up from the airport.
