in general all was ok. However Thrifty did not provide a collision check list in advance, nor did they seem to concerned about dings and dents at check in (not mentioned at all leaving it up to one to understand the policy - if any). When returning vehicle they did check for dings and dents. No consistency here. A bit disappointing.

Very good customer service reps at the counter. Very polite and helpful.

When we arrived the customer service rep was terrible. She didn’t look up as wel approach desk. Immediately started hold on while she did something on computer (didn’t seem like company business). As time went on she did become little more friendly.
