My experience is so bad. Thrifty company was making everything thing difficult from pick up until the return, I don’t know why, but I guess it’s their way and policy. I would love to stay without car than rent from them. It’s my last time for sure.

Representative charged a large deposit on my husbands credit card. We paid total in cash upon return, we also paid all toll charges, and they charged my husbands credit card $89.31, and $7.79 which is in dispute.
