I didn’t like the counter service. The rental they gave me had a small scrape on the rear right quarter panel. There was no one to do a walk-around-inspection when I left with the vehicle...

I was told to go through cash only lanes for tolls and if not get changed $15 e-pass fee if using e-pass. The bridge only had e-pass or pay by mail do I’ll be a little frustrated if they charge me a $15 e-pass fee when that’s your only option

I had an easy time picking up my vehicle and was very pleased with the rental. The unlimited mileage allowed me to pick up my daughter from college during this Corona crisis without fear of mileage. I'll chalk it up to nobody was working when I returned the car so I was told to leave it in the garage. When I got my receipt via email, they checked it back in a day late, charged me late fees, had the wrong mileage and changed the rate on the car. Perhaps if people were working they could have checked the car back in. Perhaps this is due to Corona but never-the-less, I had to dispute the charges and my money held up for 7-10 days while they figure it out.
