When I picked up the car I dealt with a gentleman who was quick, but rude. They did not tell me there would be a $200 hold on the rental. The car was nice and clean and ready to use...... was not a full tank like specified but it was a tad over half a tank. When I returned the car the sign said to take the keys and info to the desk, but then they told me there was a gentleman outside the return area to do it. So very confusing info once again. When I picked up the car they withdrew the taxes and my $200 hold. When I returned it that transaction was gone on my back account and then charged my account the taxes, so please keep that in mind with your bank accounts so you dont think they already charged you but then the money really comes put in the end.

The computer went out in the middle of my pickup and the agent had to do a manual contract. Pretty sure she had never done one and it took forever for her to figure out how to fill it out. Without exaggeration from the time I stepped up to the desk to be served, it was 56 minutes before I left. I was late for my meeting. I know she could not control the computer, but Thrifty needs to better train their employees for this situation. There were two customers behind me and there total wait time was probably near two hours.

I was happy with the easiness and agility to rent a car. It was the best of all times I rent a car.
