Thrifty car rental in Calgary was a great place to do business. When we dropped off our car they even called a cab for us at our request to get to airport.

My experience with the agents both picking up and dropping off the vehicle was both professional and in timely manner. Gentlemen upon returning vehicle went above and beyond, when I asked for a luggage cart he didn’t just point. He went and got me one and put my luggage on it for me.

The car itself was great but the office was not open promptly at 9 and despite waiting behind a few people (not the office’s fault) my 9am reservation was still not ready when I checked in. I didn’t get the keys until around 940.
