Despite the many discounts (on the internet, black friday, amex card) at hertz, I strongly advise against bookings at home! I could not get my vehicle back: my license was legible, almost new but its first part separated from the rest. The piece of tape was not able to convince the employee! No negotiation possible and exit without refund

The vehicle made available was very satisfactory because outclassed. However the reception of the person from the desk during the return of the vehicle 12/11 to 18h was disappointing because no commercial sense and answer unsatisfactory questions

While the online rental process was easy and satisfying, as well as the management of the Hertz agency where we picked up the vehicle, the service was disappointing. Dirty vehicle, GPS off as the "camera" recoil or at least what was office. In addition, we paid a deduction of 13.78 deductibles against the damage of the rental car when we booked that we had to repay 60 € once there. If the tariff presented at the beginning was interesting, the slate turned salty! In view of this experience, I can not say that we were satisfied.
