So I scheduled my rental to be picked up at 12:30pm. I get there at 12:20pm and Im told that i have to wait until 2pm to pick my rental up. So i had to sit in the airport for 1.5 hrs. That was not disclosed to me prior to booking with your company

1. I had a car reservation at least 1 month in advance w/a 12:30 p.m. pickup time. 2. The kiosk serviced two or three different car rental companies. 3. Three people were working the kiosk. 4. Hertz had a Kiosk next door w/only one attendant and a much longer line. 5. At the thrifty/Dollar kiosk, three people were being helped by attendants and two waited in line in front of me. I was able to make it to the counter after 30 minutes. Please remember there were three attendants at this kiosk. 6. During the time I waited at my Kiosk that had 3 attendants, I watched the Hertz kiosk w/only 1 attendant process through at least 15 customers. 7. After waiting 30 minutes to make it to the counter, I was told they did not have any cars ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes after processing all my paperwork, payment, etc... Please remember that i had a car reservation. 8. Most likely, I will not use thrifty/dollar again and I will go with Hertz.

Arrived at rental desk on time. Several people ahead of us. One clerk to handle. Another clerk apparently dealing with other staff trying to get cars washed and made available. Took 45 minutes to be helped and then another 45 minutes waiting for car. Then the desired car was not available so we were downgraded. The clerk did give us a $75 voucher for the poor experience.
