Unfortunately, the staff (boss?) Was not very friendly and immediately proposed a more expensive car (Later I saw in the backyard enough other cars to choose) When we brought the expensive car back in 12 days later, he was reluctant to sign the return receipt. While I waited for the papers, he had new customers at the counter to which he also said that the corresponding car was out of stock and made a paid upgrade (70 GBP for us). Otherwise, I have to say that the car was clean and the pick up service was perfect.
