The Hertz agency in question had moved some time ago and they said they had been trying to get you to update their address without success. This caused a significant inconvenience for me.

First, the address given by carrentals.com is not accurate, so it took us awhile to find the actual place which is in a nondescript room at the back of a nearby Mitsubishi dealership. Second, the car was not available upon arrival and because carrentals.com didn’t collect my phone, the hertz office was unable to contact me before arrival. We waited 30-60 mins for a car at which point we asked about the wait and at that point they let us know we could upgrade to a bigger one. Kind of weird that they made us wait this long before offering us that option. They didn’t offer to comp us the difference in car price despite all the hassles, but “luckily” I had overpaid on carrentals.com vs the price it should’ve been for the cheaper car. Given the situation, I think the customer service left something to be desired. But I do appreciate the friendly attitude of one of the two clerks who was helping us.

The address listed here is wrong and finding the office was like trying to find the Lost Arc. It's in behind 2 dealerships and just a little driveway in the very back of one. When I went to pick up the car, the office isn't big enough for 3 people to stand in and the car wasn't ready. They had to vacuum it and then it was still completely covered in dirt. They did offer to run it through the car wash, which was not on site and would have take another 10 minutes to get to. When I wanted to renew it was not possible to do over the phone. I had to go back to the location. Close out my first agreement and open an entire new agreement. Total pain. The people were nice enough but the company is completely uncoordinated
