Support 1h without waiting for other customers back 20 minutes to get the receipt Staff friendly and cordial but not at the point with their computer system very laborious

My experience withboth sixt and alamo in the last 6 month has been horrible i have a valid reservations at sdq las americas international airport when i get there there excuse no car available. This has happened to me continuously through arrangements with both Alamo and now with sixt through car rntal .come

Traveled to Punta Cana, with reservation number to SIXT counter and was told Sorry we have no cars for you. Traveling is stressful anyway and to have this done to me made my happy trip go bad. Had to rent from a competitor and paid over 4 times more! What a racket! Please forward to SIXT management.
