We booked a full-size van for 7 adults but received a much smaller vehicle. The Ford Galaxy we wanted has a cargo/seating volume of 2,339 L; whereas, the vehicle we got, the C-Max only has 1,723 L. When we asked for a larger vehicle, the customer representative assured us that the vehicle was the correct class and that it would not be possible to change. He made no effort to assist us, and the interaction felt very insincere and dishonest. When we got to Munich and asked to change the vehicle, two representatives confirmed that we should have received a much larger van and quickly made the change. The customer reps also suggested that we ask for a discount, which we did but have not got anything. Overall, the experience wasted a lot of time and was very upsetting.
