Already rented a car several times, unfortunately this time not my driving license and my ID. Driving license is available digitally: rental car impossible and not negotiable. There you are at the Nice airport. Incomprehensible that you treat your customers like this. We are living in 2019, unbelievable that you will not accept digital matters with a regular customer.

I paid insurance twice, one from the portal where I booked the car (carrental.com) and the other one from Sixt as the representative of Sixt informed me that the insurance I've paid for with carrental.com is not enough.
