The SIXT agency in Faro provided us with a nice car for 3 days that we received in the dark, alone in the car park. We made a quick tour of the car, noted and posted an unspecified poc on the contract (which was deemed insignificant despite its depth) and because we are not fussy revelers left in we. The next morning my husband noticed a scratch on the rear bumper (a horizontal line rather dull and not deep, squarely invisible at night). Compared to the "nonsense poc" it seemed to us that it was nothing, and that a little polish was enough to erase the frosted trace. The surprise was great when it came to making the car the SIXT staff waiting under giant carports, hand-held for a meticulous car ride. The back mark immediately attracted attention. She was over 5 cm ... he took the picture. We tried to say that at night she did not see each other ... etc. But the contemptuous person we had in front had nothing to do with it. In these cases we are trapped because the plane does not wait, so we sign the report and we just have to wait by saying that we just made the expenses of a nice scam insurance. And indeed 3 weeks later without explanation, I was taken from 190 euros for the stripe that goes to polish. The worst thing is that by calling them for explanations and especially an invoice, supporting documents for my insurance, they forwarded me an email contained an attachment with a name different from mine for the same amount. To believe that the stripe has served several times. It is scandalous as a way of proceeding, theft pure and simple. I think you'd better stop working with SIXT FARO because they discredit you by their method. I will not advertise you and will not go through your service anymore. Pity.

Actually, Sixt is a global corporation and I decided to rent it there. On the one hand, the employee tried to sell additional insurance without interruption. In addition, a "service fee" was calculated for roadside assistance and not previously agreed. The Lord was not really powerful in the English language either. All in all, unfortunately a very negative experience.
