When we arrived to pick up our rental, we were pressured to accept a lot of added costs that were not disclosed and not necessary. We refused to accept the rental as we believed we were being given incorrect information. We are very glad we did because we found the information given us was misleading and incorrect. I would not considering renting from them again.

I don’t have time to go into all of my misery picking up this car. I had very clear instructions from carrentals to go to the car rental center where I would be picked up by a Sixt shuttle at bus stop 7. When one never came I went to their web site and found very clear instructions to go to bus stop 7. I placed 4-5 phone calls to different numbers and trying different options, but none could answer my questions and none provided an opportunity to speak to a live agent. In desperation I called to make a new reservation although of course I had no intention of making one. Eventually I was talking to a live agent and she advised me that Sixt was in the car rental center, that a shuttle ride away. I reserved a Hyundai Sonata. I received Chevy Blazer - the smallest car offered. If I wanted big I would have been pleased. But I wanted small. All-in-all my worst car rental experience in the past 50 years. First rental was June 7, 1969.
