When I arrived to ATL, the kiosk upstairs was closed and I had to go back downstairs to get to the outdoor reps/kiosk. It would have been more convenient if there had been a sign downstairs to let Sixt customers know to proceed to the outdoor kiosk instead of having to go upstairs with all of my luggage just to have to come back downstairs. Other than that, everything was good.

They gave me a 7 passenger GMC SUV instead of a mini Van I reserved..

Pick up was smooth, few people in line. However, there wasn’t any car options to choose from. Overall, it was ok for the price.
