We prepaid for a certain class of car. They didn't have our car at our scheduled pickup time. They thought it appropriate to charge us for an upgrade. We reserved a car. You don't have it. Not our fault.

I ended up getting a Hundai and it fine. Glad to have unlimited miles. Pickup location was closer to home than the airport!
