This was the worst experience I've ever had at a car rental place. Customer service NOT AVAILABLE!!!. Called 4 days before to make sure my reservation was good. After 45 minutes on hold reps would randomly hang up on you. Then they put notes on their system that your were not polite to them, therefore they refuse to give out the rental. Only after I spoke to the manager at the location (who was a very ice guy) the front elephant processed the rental for me. Mark (the guy who handed the keys) was also very helpful. Enterprise has BAD customer service.

With a reservation we did all the paperwork at the car. We looked at a couple of cars and chose the best for me and I was out of there quickly. Posting time as 11-20 due to office being busy. So with that in mind it wasn’t that long.

Enterprise has always been a long-standing reliable rental car company for us.
