We were charged 287th or 335 dollars while the renter clearly told us that it contained $ 200 deposit that we did not have to pay when returning the car.

The pick up process took longer than I expected, even though 2 employees were working at the time. I arrived at the airport about 9:10pm, and was not departing from rentals until right at 10pm. There was no line ahead of me, and Two other customers had to wait behind me for several minutes as well.

Qat pickup no cars in the class rented - had to go to another Hetz location to get a different vehicle. New location was accommodating and helpful. Drop off after hours went fine, however, when receipt was e mailed they charged an extra day. Customer service was no help and not accommodating at all. Very frustrated and extremely poor customer service. Will make a point of avoiding Hetz at all costs in the future.

I needed and requested an airport rental. This turned out not to be that. Had to take an Uber for a 20 min drive to the car rental place, adding an additional $19 and additional hour+. Then i had to change my return to be at the airport. The Hertz rep at the airport location said i could do this for $5. When i changed it, i was charged $30. Had to wait a long time when i was in a hurry. Was an hour late to my destination. Paid more than double what i originally booked. Will not rent through this site again... second time i've had a tragedy by doing this
