Y'all did't have the car I had planned to pick up so I ended up paying for a more expensive car. I was surprised by this.... I don't think the customer should pick up on the tab when the car scheduled is not available.

The pickup and rental was good. The return was difficult at the Sea-Tac rental car facility at 5am. The sign at the kiosk at the return area said to return the key to the counter. When I got to the counter, no one was there and a sign said to go to the kiosk in the return area. I called a number that was posted and was told to open the kiosk and leave the key. I was left with barely enough time to board my flight. Better instructions in the return area would have saved me a lot of time and hassle
