No where near the vehicle I was expecting when I made the reservation. I was not alerted anywhere at any time that cash was unacceptable upon pickup. I was quoted the price of $181 and change with taxes and fees INCLUDED!! Wound up paying $350 cash for the vehicle after expressing to them that'd I'd be trapped at the aiport otherwise. I'm severely dissatisfied with the complete of power windows/locks after having to pay nearly double what I was mislead to believe that I'd be paying. The car itself was sluggish, very uncomfortable, the A/C lacked any ability to battle the 115° heat of southern California. The vehicle chewed through my wallet with the ridiculous amount of fuel it consumed for what it was. I booked a reservation for a vehicle I was comfortable and familiar with for a reason while planning this trip. I will never go through this company while traveling again, nor will I be recommending this company to any of my colleagues, friends, or family.

Car smelled recently clean but next morning after sitting in sun. It smelled cigar-ish. The reps at airport didnt check dents m scratches. Car had mega areas not marked by Payless. NOT OK. I understand Covid rules but I felt insecure with that doc not being done completely.

I arrived at the location, it took approximately 20 minutes to reach the counter and there was only one person in front of me. When I finally got to the counter the agent was constantly talking about giving me a Volkswagen Tiguan. My reservation stated I could receive any car within that class but that's the one they had. When he gave me the keys it was for a Kia Sportage. Complete bait and switch. There was no mention of a Kia for the whole 7 minute transaction. I let him know I'm not a fan of the Kia brand. I did not want that car, I want the car he was talking about. He said it was not available so I asked him why did he tell me that's the car I was getting. He said he thought that's what they had upstairs. I went upstairs to look at all the other cars available. I saw a bunch of Mitsubishi Outlanders. I asked if I could trade for 1 of those. He said it would be an upgrade but he would do it complimentary for me. I looked inside of at least 4 of them, he gave me the dirtiest most beat up 1. I just decided to leave at that point. I came back on Saturday at the end of my contract to get an extension and possibly switch cars. They did give me the extension because my car was not ready from the collision shop. They did have the Volkswagen Tiguan that had just pulled in but told me it would be about 10 minutes before it was ready. I thought great, I'll wait for it. It actually took about a 1/2 hour, when I did get to the car and close the door, I noticed a loud clinking noise because the door hinge has a stripped screw in it. I attempted tightening it on my own but it wouldn't stay because it was stripped. Apparently they only wash the outside of these cars because the inside was pretty filthy with dirt inside the cup holders and the entire middle console area between the seats. The car drove great and it felt nicer than the mitsubishi. Aside from the bait and switch, the staff are mostly friendly and accommodating.
