Many damages were not marked on the form filled out by the company and I was told that there was no one at the garage that was some distance away. I was fortunate to find the mechanic at the garage that could confirm the damages found before I picked up the car.

I was changed over $80 more than my reservation that said it included taxes and fees. The rental process was awful because they kept trying to get me to upgrade and wouldn't take no for an answer even tho I told them I was on a time limit. The car itself did not run very well and sounded like it might of missed a couple of oil changes, I am happy I wasn't having to travel very much because I would not of felt comfortable. The car was also dirty, it had old food or something splattered across the ceiling and dashboard. During the rental process I needed to check the car for dents and scratches, someone showed me where the car was and said to just return the paper when I return the car but I did not feel comfortable with that so I filled it out and went back to the both where everyone had left but there was a sign saying to text the manager if you had any issues which I don't feel was professional.

There were few workers but enough to get the job done and done well
