The rental was off airport property and I had to call for the shuttle. But once I did, it came promptly. I dropped it off at another location and had no difficulties there at all. The car was great too. I would highly recommend this company.

I was able to pick up my car without a problem, and return it to a different location as well.

Payless Car Rental in Fort Myers routinely offers low rates to lure us in, then leaves customers like me stranded at the airport, because they know we'll have to turn to their parent company (Budget or Avis) for help...and then we'll have to pay more to rent from Budget or Avis -- so the company makes money in the end regardless of how much frustration the customer endures! I called their shuttle service number 4 times (239-980-1813) and they refused to answer the phone during their business hours; so I called their national customer service number twice (1-800-729-5377), and the rep lied to me, promising me a shuttle would be sent in 5 minutes. When I called back to report the shuttle never arrived, no one would answer my call -- so I was stranded and forced to pay more for a car from Avis!
