Payless first switched the price of the reservation completely, after going back /forth, showing the reservation and how much it should be, they decided to charge close enough to the reservation amount charging an extra dollar. I asked about the extra dollar they charged and was told to contact Car Rentals about it. Then after bringing the car back, the fuel was less than a quarter of a tank, however they charged 6/8 of a tank. I couldn't stay and ague because I had a flight to catch. Just as how I had to go back/forth with them to honor the Car Rental reservation amount, I would have missed my flight going back/forth with them about overcharging for gas. This is robbery!

The nice man behind the counter did not have use of his computer, they were down for scheduled maintenence, he was forced to do it all by hand on paper, I felt for him as there was a line and it was late. The car I reserved was not available so he upgraded us to a minivan for the same daily cost. I am not a minivan fan but it was a good car, great gas mileage and we got out of there in good time. The rental company should give the counter person some help when the system is down. Abdul at the Pheonix airport terminal did a great job!

Did not appreciate that they did not have my car when i arrived. They asked me to upgrade and i agreed to if the cost was the same. They quoted me the same cost but did not include taxes and the actual cost was much higher!!
