I was billed for $83 in gas upon return after filling the car up prior to returning it. The attendant apparently entered an incorrect inbound mileage, and failed to note the car was full. By the time I noticed the error, he was nowhere to be found, and I had to run to catch my flight. I am now trying to appeal the error and charge with customer service. Sure wish I'd have saved the gas receipt, too.

Hello. Car was great, pick up time was easy, online reservation ok also. On the other side, I tried to call them to extend and my contract was not assigned to my name, so I could not finalize the transaction. That was bad, because we don't know which consequences we may have.

Pickup and drop off were easy. The problem was that the vehicle had a very loud mechanical problem that would have been apparent to anyone who inspected the vehicle before it went out. When picking up, my husband was told he could have that car or wait indefinitely for another. He took the one available. We drove it around hoping it wouldn't break down and struggling with the loud noise. Upon return, when my husband told the attendant about it, the attendant at first said that some engines are just loud. This was NOT the engine but rather, something loose off the back that rattled furiously every time the vehicle slowed or stopped. Hopefully they fixed it and didn't just rent it to the next customer (based on our experience, I'm assuming the latter). An annoying rental experience overall.
