I will not be using Payless rental again. I waiting outside in the cold for my rental to be delivered to me only to find out that a rental wasn’t ready for me (when I had a reservation). When I finally did receive my car they downgraded my vehicle from a full size vehicle to an economy vehicle. I had to get to the hospital so I did mention it to the gentleman at the kiosk and he said that was all they had ready. I ended up taking the vehicle and when I got on the road the vehicle pulled very hard to the right(clearly vehicle needed an alignment). I ended up going back to get another vehicle which they did put me in a SUV for my inconvenience. When I got this vehicle it hadn’t even been cleaned out. There was still trash in the side door and the vehicle looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed out. I didn’t have a pleasant experience with Payless and I guess you really get what you pay for.

My confirmation email instructed me to pick up my car by going to zone 3 and waiting for a shuttle. I did this and no shuttle showed up. I called customer service after 20 minutes and was in hold for a long time before hanging up and trying to rent another car on your website and was told that none were available. Then I called customer service back and stayed on the phone until I finally got a representative. I was told to go back into the airport and go to baggage pickup and they would be by the welcome desk. I did and there was no such place. When I told the representative it wasn’t there, I was sent back to the area where all of the other car rentals were. I did this and there was no desk for Payless but I did find a small sign to get in line for the Budget car rental agent. I did so and got my car. When I told the Budget agent, she expressed surprise that Payless had not updated their confirmations.

My instructions said to go to Zone 3 and wait for a van to take me to the offsite lot. Waited about 15 minutes and then called. Agent said they would send a van right over. Waited another 15 minutes and called again. Agent said rental desk and cars are at the airport and no van is needed. Once I found the rental desk, all went well. Might want to change the instructions on where to check in and pick up car. Agent at the desk was awsome.
