I rent cars all the time and I’ve never witnessed a Worse group of unorganized system. First of all you should know I arrived at 6:30 am. I was the only customer at the counter which was fully staffed. It took over an hour for the counterdesk staff to communicate with the staff that assigns the cars to determine my car assignment. After the car assignment was finished, they were unable to communicate where the car location was, so the counter agent sent me upstairs to find it myself. When I got upstairs there was no direction on where to begin to look. An Avis staff member attempted to help me them passed me off to a manager that said he’d go locate it and pull the car up. No one communicated with us any further. It was another 30 minutes that I decided to go look for it and found it was parked out front. Don’t waste your vacation time, get an UBER.

nice to work with; kind staff, excellent price; they told me about the new location, and the new location is great
