The only negative part of my experience was insufficient staffing for full time presence at pickup / drop off point.

We were told that someone would meet us at the airport, but they didn't. The shuttle took 20 minutes to come get us. Then they drove us way south of town about 15 minutes from the airport. The car was a piece of junk. I did not feel safe at all. Then we got a flat tire at the resort. I called the Payless Car Rental and told them that the car was junk and that I didn't feel safe. I also told them about the flat tire. She told me to call roadside service. I then requested a new vehicle. She told me to call back in five minutes so I did. Then she told me to call back in 5 minutes. She was looking for a different care for me. She was rude and short with me. Road side service came and put on the little spare tire just so we could get to the car rental shop to turn the car in. We paid for one day of rental and left there. Never will we use Payless again.
