After picking our vehicle we got a warning light that we had a low tire. We added air. The tire contined to lose air pressure and we finally came to a tire repair shop and had it fixed. The shop told us that our National would likely reimburse us. When return our car I brought this to the attendant's attention. He referred me to an empty kiosk in the lot. Eventually a person from another agency came by and suggested we go to the counter in ide the air terminal. The attendant there said he couldn't help us because we did not rent the car in that location and told us to call El Paso where we picked up the car and they would credit us for the flat repair. National in El Paso hasn't answered there phone as yet although we could leave message. Not sure how this will turn out. Other than that it was a good experience.
