I was charged extra 30 per day .. she said those are country fees. I declined their insurance because i was using my credit card insurance and they still charge me 2000 as warranty.

My experience was not good. To begin with I did not reserve a Kia Picanto, mist umportant they refused the policy I purchased from ALLIANZ and forced upon me their own at 3x as much.

We had to stand there for a long time because everybody before us had trouble getting their cars and when we finally got our turn, our car wasn't available either... two hours later, we got a van instead of a Toyota 4Runner...not a luxury van of course. And when we said we had already paid for the insurance and showed them the contract where it said the we didn't have to pay for insurance at the counter, they said that it wasn't valid in Panamá. Why would you offer us an insurance that wasn't valid in the country we were renting? So I would say the experience was not very good I'm afraid.
